The Pittsburgh, PA Contracting Office is seeking a five-year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for dosimetry supplies, monitoring, and reporting services to five Medical Centers within VISN 4. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided. The Service Contract Act Wage Determination applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract, unless an exemption applies, for the locality where contractor services are to be performed. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing dosimetry supplies and services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Supplying personnel dosimeters for employees at specified Medical Centers.
2. Monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical dosimetry reports.
3. Providing whole body devices capable of detecting beta, gamma, x-ray, and neutron-thermal/fast radiation.
4. Providing extremity devices (ring badges) for monitoring beta, gamma, and x-ray radiation.
5. Delivering dosimetry devices by the 20th calendar day of each month preceding the exchange date.
6. Ensuring timely delivery of additional dosimeters within specified timeframes upon request.
7. Including historical reporting levels in all new reporting for this contract.
