Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20 is issuing this solicitation for Reference Laboratory Testing services at the Boise VA Medical Center.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive laboratory services including preanalytic processing, analysis, reporting of results, and interpretation of clinical results in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide laboratory services that include:
- Preanalytic processing as defined in the Reference Laboratory published user’s manual.
- Analysis and reporting of analytic results.
- Interpretation of analytic clinical results.
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, laws, and ordinances.
- Patient specimen testing for a specific range of referral testing within their capability.
- Fill in Columns D – H in Attachment B for Required Reference Test Menu.
- Complete B.2 PRICE / COST SCHEDULE with information from Attachment B.
- Address Technical Evaluation Factors as specified on page 30 of Attachment A.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over five ordering periods from March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2031.
