The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contract Office (NCO) 20 intends to issue a solicitation for Reference Laboratory Testing for veteran patients of the VA Portland Health Care System, located in Portland, Oregon. Period of Performance: 02/01/2023 to 01/31/2028. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 621511, (Medical Laboratories) with a business size standard of $36.5M. This solicitation will be posted unrestricted. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price, Blanket Purchase Agreement. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation Package 36C26023Q0078 will be posted on beta.SAM.gov on or about 28DEC22. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above.
