Background
The solicitation is for Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) Testing Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) National Precision Oncology Program (NPOP). The VA’s NOP supports minimal testing for Veterans with cancer or at risk for cancer across ~130 VA Medical Centers through the National Precision Oncology Program (NPOP).

Work Details
The contract requires specialized, comprehensive reference laboratory services and support from contractors with the capability and expertise to provide testing for minimal residual disease (MRD) in solid tumors. The contract includes objectives such as MRD testing services, evidence of clinical utility, custom VA ordering and tests status reporting to the National Oncology Program, and structured data return to VA. The contract also includes clauses related to Service Level Agreement Fee and Submission of Quarterly Sales Reports, Prohibition on Contracting for Hardware, Software, and Services Developed or Provided by Kaspersky Lab and Other Covered Entities, Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and Past Performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) base year of 12 months and one (1) 12-month option year.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at the contractor’s location.
