Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) is responsible for managing and advocating for Veterans' access to healthcare in both VA and community facilities.

The Community Care Network (CCN) is a comprehensive system delivering timely, accessible, and high-quality care to Veterans, including medical, surgical, pharmacy, and dental services. This solicitation is for the CCN Next Generation Dental Network Services aimed at establishing a national dental network and claims processing to enhance the delivery of dental services to Veterans.

Work Details
The Contractor shall establish, maintain, and administer a network of licensed dental providers as per the requirements defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor is expected to deliver dental services that emphasize quality, efficiency, cost savings, and a positive experience for Veterans.

Key tasks include:
- Developing detailed project plans and mobilizing resources for effective project management.
- Organizing a Post Award Meeting within two weeks of contract award to initiate communication between VA and the Contractor.
- Implementing a Quality Assurance Program that includes developing a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) detailing processes and technologies used to ensure quality service delivery.
- Submitting Monthly Progress Reports summarizing work performed, schedule adherence, and activities completed during the reporting period.
- Developing a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) upon request to address performance issues identified by VA.
- Creating an initial Training Plan that includes all elements of the Contractor’s training program for personnel involved in contract operations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be defined in the final contract but will encompass multiple months or years as required to fulfill the contract objectives.

The specific geographic locations for performance are yet to be determined.
