Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services within McCurtain County, Oklahoma. The requirement is being solicited under the authority of 38 U.S. Code § 8153 - Sharing of health-care resources. The period of performance will be one (1) base year with nine (9) twelve (12) month option periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide primary care and mental health support services for eligible Veterans living in and around McCurtain County, Oklahoma. The services include furnishing healthcare providers, medical facilities, equipment, supplies, and administrative functions to care for and support enrolled Veterans in a manner consistent with Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VHA) standards.

The contractor shall utilize the VA Electronic Health Record (VA EHR) for documentation of all patient-related care. The contract will be a fixed-priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with ordering procedures based on Per Member Per Month (PMPM).

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be one (1) base year with nine (9) twelve (12) month option periods.
