Description

This interim contract is for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Harrison, AR for Primary Care Services. This is a short-term contract for six (6) months with a six (6) month Option to Extend Services. The intent of this contract is to expedite a short-term contract for the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, AR with Valor Healthcare, Inc, 5000 Spectrum Dr. STE 1200 W, Addison, TX 75001 to be executed by the VISN 16 Network Contracting Office to allow additional time to award a new long-term contract that will be for a base period of twelve months and four (4) one (1) year options.
