The Department of Veterans Affairs New Mexico VA Healthcare System (NMVAHCS) plans to contract for in-home oxygen and in-home ventilator services. NMVAHCS currently serves approximately 3,100 patients with in-home oxygen and 2 patients with in-home ventilator services.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses must be registered and verified in the Vet-Biz Registry.
This is the 2nd Pre-solicitation notice to announce that the Government has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide contracted in-home oxygen and in-home ventilator services for the New Mexico VA Healthcare System (NMVAHCS). Reference Pre-solicitation notice 36C26221Q1137 posted to contract opportunities on July 29, 2021. NMVAHCS currently serves an estimated 3100 patients with in-home oxygen and 2 patients with in -home ventilator services. This includes storage and management of Government-owned oxygen and ventilator equipment, delivery, set-up, instruction and maintenance of equipment for VA beneficiaries. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified in the Vet-Biz Registry located at http://vip.vetbiz.gov. The contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract, with Firm-Fixed Prices. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on or about August 10, 2021. No questions will be answered prior to the solicitation being released.
