Description

Period of Performance: March 01, 2022 to February 29, 2032 Description of Services: Community Based Outpatient Clinic services to provide routine primary care and mental health services to Veterans beneficiaries residing in the Danville, Virginia area. The contracted medical facility is located in the city Danville and will provide services to all VA beneficiaries in the following geographical locations: counties of Henry, Patrick and Pittsylvania, and surrounding cities (Martinsville & Danville) within those counties under the VAMC Salem primary care service catchment area. The contractor will provide services from Monday through Friday from 8:00am through 4:30pm.
