Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) services in Yale, Michigan, for eligible veterans of the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit. The services are for a 12-month base year with nine 12-month option year renewals, which may be exercised at the discretion of the VA. The guaranteed maximum total value of the contract, inclusive of the base year and all options exercised, shall not exceed $40,000,000. The Contractor shall provide PACT staffing in numbers and qualifications capable of fulfilling the standards outlined in the resultant contract.
