Page 2 of 2 The Syracuse VA Medical Center has a need for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services to provide primary care services to Veteran patients in an office or clinic environment. The CBOC must be located in Oswego County in New York State. Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24220R0147 will be available for download from this website on or about April 21, 2021. The contract will cover a base year and nine (9) one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. No hardcopies will be sent.
