STAT Laboratory Testing Services for Buffalo VAMC

This notice is for the purpose of seeking contractors to provide STAT Reference Laboratory Testing Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs VHAWNY Healthcare System has a requirement for STAT lab services. The Buffalo VAMC is located at the Buffalo VAMC, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. The performance period shall be for a base period plus four (4) option periods. Services are needed to commence February 1, 2017, and the procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 621511, and the size standard is $32.5 million. The solicitation package can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link http://www.FBO.gov when published. This solicitation package shall be available on or about November 11, 2016. Response to this announcement shall determine if sufficient competition exists to set aside the procurement for Service Disabled Veteran Operated Small Business, Small Veteran Owned Business, or Small Business.
