Description

COVID-19 Testing Program - Point of Care (POC) Testing
Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a nationwide Point of Care (POC) Covid-19 Testing Program. The agency intends to award multiple BPAs as a result of this solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Point of Care Testing services as listed in the Performance Work Statement, including the acquisition, creation, or modification of computer programs or automated databases for delivery to EPA or use by EPA or contractors operating EPA programs. The work will be ordered through the issuance of Call Orders under the BPA. The BPA includes clauses that may be applicable on certain call orders and would need to be filled in depending on the call order requirements.

Period of Performance
The ordering period of this BPA shall be from 5/1/2022 through 4/30/2025, exclusive of all required reports.

Place of Performance
Nationwide coverage for Point of Care (POC) Covid-19 Testing.
