Background
The USDA Forest Service is seeking to procure 7,000 units of Q-Plug (Brand Name) media or equivalent for use in horticultural applications. This procurement aims to support the agency's mission of managing and protecting national forests and grasslands, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for plant propagation and restoration efforts.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 7,000 each of Q-Plug (Brand Name) media or equal to ¼ inch concave dibble per cell. The media must have a pH of less than 6.0, and the contractor is required to provide pH test results for each lot of media used. Additionally, the contractor will be furnished with an estimated 7,000 used Expanded Polystyrene Trays (Hortiblock 200) to be filled, with each tray containing 200 cells.

Delivery must be made to the USDA Forest Service at J. Herbert Stone Nursery located at 2606 Old Stage Road, Central Point, Oregon 97502.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required no later than July 31, 2025.
