This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Fargo VA Health Care System (FVAHCS) requires on-site 2.8 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Board Certified/Board Eligible Inpatient Hospitalist Physician Services for beneficiaries of the FVAHCS. Services will be performed on-site at the FVAHCS, 2101 Elm Street N., Fargo, ND 58102. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 62111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), with a size standard of $11.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA263-17-R-0001. The solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 12-month base year with four (4) 12-month options to renew. The anticipated period of performance for the base year will be 07/16/2017 through 07/15/2018. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about March 14, 2017 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
