Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Services at Alcatraz Island, part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in San Francisco, California.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of prehospital emergency medical services to visitors and staff on Alcatraz Island, aligning with the NPS's mission to provide safe and accessible recreational opportunities.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, uniforms, badges, supervision, and qualified personnel to satisfactorily perform prehospital emergency medical services as detailed in the Scope of Work (SOW).

Specific tasks include:
- Providing EMT services at specified frequencies and requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local safety and occupational health laws and regulations.
- Adhering to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
- Conducting site visits as necessary for service delivery.
- Maintaining a Safety and Health Plan that meets all regulatory requirements.

The contract includes a base year from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with an option period from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. An option period may extend the contract from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
