Amendment One to this solicitation is providing answers to questions received, per Section E3-4 and are provided in Attachment D-14.

This is a Request for Proposal to provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) Clinical Occupational Health Staffing Services for the Employee Health Centers located nationwide. The solicitation is for a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods, and a six-month option to extend services period, not to exceed six-months.

Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking Clinical Occupational Health Staffing Services for its 11 Employee Health Centers (EHC) located nationwide. The contract will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a hybrid pricing structure of labor hours and firm-fixed price task orders to be issued. The contract includes a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and an option to extend services period, not to exceed six months if exercised.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Clinical Occupational Health Staffing Services for the SSA's 11 Employee Health Centers. The contract includes a base period and multiple option periods for the same services. The contractor must complete Attachment D-1 Pricing Table for each period of performance.
Additionally, the contractor must provide transition plans, attend conferences and meetings, and follow specific task ordering procedures as outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base period is from 09/20/2024 to 09/19/2025. Each option period has a similar one-year duration, with the last option to extend services period running from 09/20/2029 to 03/19/2030.

The performance locations are the 11 SSA Employee Health Centers located nationwide.
