The Division of Cancer Prevention (DCP), NCI, has a long-standing pharmaceutical agent development program administered through the Chemopreventive Agent Development and Research Group (CADRG) as a Repository services unit. The object of the Repository program is to establish a centralized source of agents for use in studies by the DCP and to support the translation of promising laboratory discoveries into effective interventions for the prevention or reduction of cancer.
Background
The solicitation is for the continuation of a chemopreventive agent repository program within the Division of Cancer Prevention at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). The repository provides logistic organization for the acquisition, tracking, storage, maintenance, testing, quality control, and distribution of investigational agents.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work. Reporting requirements include technical progress reports, monthly and quarterly progress reports, annual progress reports, project/inventory/package system reports, and various other reports/deliverables such as service contract reporting. Additionally, Section 508 annual report, disaster recovery plan, invention disclosure report, annual utilization report, final invention statement, security assessment and authorization package components, roster of employees requiring suitability investigations, report of new and departing employees, contractor-employee non-disclosure agreements, vulnerability scanning reports, system review analysis and performance metric standards assessment report are required. The Contractor is also responsible for submitting a draft disaster recovery plan for review and approval by the COR.

Period of Performance
The contract period covers July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028. Task Orders will be issued based on the work described in SECTION C of this contract.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the National Cancer Institute in Rockville, Maryland.
