Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office NCO 19 is seeking to procure a Pyxis Automated Dispensing System for the VHA Salt Lake City Healthcare System. The goal of this contract is to enhance medication dispensing and security within the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with current standards and improving overall efficiency in medication management.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of the following equipment under a firm fixed price contract:
- Line Item 0001: MESRS—1B MEDSTATION ES TOWER, 1HH, 1FH P/N 352-1, Quantity: 1 EA
- Line Item 0002: Pyxis ES Refrigerator 13 CF, RHG-15 P/N RHG-15, Quantity: 1 EA
- Line Item 0003: CIO-CS Fee, Quantity: 1 EA

The automated cabinets must communicate with existing Pyxis ES systems for secure medication dispensing and accountability. Key specifications include:
- Must securely store and dispense medications.
- Compatibility with current Pyxis ES medications.
- Must be the most current version available.
- The ES tower must have two lockable cabinet doors and two drawers of Pyxis cubies.
- Delivery of the auxiliary tower/refrigerator must occur prior to ECU activation scheduled for September 2025.
- The ES refrigerator must be 13 cubic feet with locking medication bins.

Period of Performance
Delivery of equipment is required prior to ECU activation scheduled for September 2025.
