Pylarify Injections -STL

Background
The VA Saint Louis Health Care System intends to procure the Pylarify Radiopharmaceuticals. This document highlights the technical specifications requested by the facility for consideration towards the purchase. Vendors under this proposal shall provide all equipment and supplies for delivery of Pylarify Radiopharmaceuticals. This will be a requirements contract. Award is for a base year and up to four (4) option years to be awarded at the discretion of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Work Details
Base Year: Pylarify Injections F-18 DCFPyl, Dosage 9mCi(325 Each). Option Year 1: Pylarify Injections F-18 DCFPyl, Dosage 9mCi(325 Each). Option Year 2: Pylarify Injections F-18 DCFPyl, Dosage 9mCi(325 Each). Option Year 3: Pylarify Injections F-18 DCFPyl, Dosage 9mCi(325 Each). Option Year 4: Pylarify Injections F-18 DCFPyl, Dosage 9mCi(325 Each).
Requirements include providing F-18 DCFPyl (Pylarify) Radio-pharmaceutical, using attached schedule to track amounts, contacting COR for delivery and invoicing, and delivering within specific timeframes.
The half-life for Pylarify is 109.7 minutes because it is radiolabeled with the isotope F-18. The vendor shall coordinate exact delivery location with the Department of Veterans Affairs Nuclear Medicine POC at the time of purchase.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 06/01/2024 – 05/31/2025. Option Year 1: 06/01/2025 – 05/31/2026. Option Year 2: 06/01/2026 – 05/31/2027. Option Year 3: 06/01/2027 – 05/31/2028. Option Year 4: 06/01/2028 – 05/31/2029.

Place of Performance
Vendor shall deliver radiopharmaceutical orders within (72 hours) or (30 business days) of receiving completed Contracting package from the VISN 15.
Delivery will be to John Cochran Medical Center of the VA Saint Louis Health Care System main campuses.
