Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of a Bright-field transmissive light hyperspectral imaging microscope system with the following specifications:

1. **Microscope System**:
- Bright-field transmissive light microscope system.
- Integrated digital camera port for specimen image capture.
- Broadband white light source for transmitted light illumination.
- Input port for external light sources via fiber optics.
- Objective turret compatible with M27-threaded objectives.
- Kohler condenser with numerical aperture (NA) of 0.55 or greater.
- Motorized XY stage accommodating standard glass slides (1"x3").
- Motorized piezo-based Z stage for high-precision focus control.
- Autofocus capability independent of camera acquisition.
- One scientific monochrome camera with specifications: pixel count >= 5MP, linearity error < 1.0%, spectral range 380-780 nm, bit depth >= 16 bits, USB 3.0+ interface or faster, C-mount.
- Warranty: Minimum one (1) year service support commencing upon Government acceptance.
