Purchase of One Travel Trailer

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), part of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), is seeking to procure a travel trailer for the San Benito Ranger in the Central Coast Field Office (CCFO).

This contract aims to fulfill the agency's operational needs by providing a suitable living space for personnel in the field, ensuring they have adequate accommodations for year-round habitation.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of one travel trailer with the following specifications:
- Brand Name or Equal: Alliance
- Model Number: Delta 252RL
- Type: Hitch travel trailer
- Length: Between 28 and 32 feet, but no more than 35 feet from hitch to rear.
- Must fit on a 36-foot pad.
- Features: 1-2 Slide Outs, Queen Size Bed, Bedroom space separated by wall and door from living area, Dinette Space, Desk Space, Sleeps at least 2.
- Interior height of at least 6'8".
- Winterized and suitable for year-round habitation.
- Equipped with Furnace and Air Conditioning.
- Rear Living Area with at least one entrance door at the front of the trailer.

Additional options may include:
- Double insulated front wall
- Mylar reinforced seals
- PVC roof covering
- Shut off valves.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 90 days after award.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is specified as San Benito Ranger Station.
