Description

This is an LCS requirement. See the attached LCS Funded Notice and Other Notices for more details including the eligibility for award of ROK MND contracts.
Background
The US Army Materiel Support Command-Korea is issuing this contract to procure a 3D Metal Printer, a 3D Scanner, and General Accessories as part of the Logistics Cost Sharing Program. The goal of this contract is to enhance manufacturing capabilities in an enduring contested logistics environment on the Korean Peninsula and the INDO-PACIFIC region. This acquisition aims to support critical maintenance activities such as Theater Sustainment Maintenance Program (TSMP), Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), and Battle Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR).

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items:

1. **3D Metal Printer**
- Quantity: 1 Set
- Specifications must meet or exceed those listed in attachment 1.

2. **3D Scanner including Moving Stand**
- Quantity: 1 Set
- Manufacturer: ZEISS, Model Number: ATOS Q 8.0M; Manufacturer: Manfrotto, Model Number: 806 MINI SALON 190.

3. **General Accessories**
- Quantity: 1 Set
- Specifications must meet or exceed those listed in attachment 3.

4. **Extended Warranty for Year 2**
- Quantity: 1 Job
- Coverage includes parts, labor, and on-site service.

5. **Extended Warranty for Year 3**
- Quantity: 1 Job
- Similar coverage as Year 2 warranty.

6. **Training Services**
- Provide access to self-paced learning/training portal and in-person training for designing and printing composite parts, including:
- 3D Metal Printer training: 6 days
- 3D Scanner training: 3 days
- Geomagic DesignX Reverse Engineering Software training: 2 days collective and 5 days practice training
- SolidWorks CAD Software training: 2 days collective.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall deliver all items within sixteen (16) weeks after receipt of the order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to Camp Carroll, Waegwan, South Korea.
