Purchase Mentor Graphics Software Updates/Maintenance and Support

1.1 End of Life (EOL) Products: The contractor may determine products are EOL for business reasons at any time. Alternative products may not always be available for evaluation. Any EOL determination will not affect Customer's existing support contract.

1.2 The vendor shall provide telephone and electronic support services to DMEA design engineers and system administrators (identified in Appendix B).

1.3 The vendor shall deliver all new products and updates to the DMEA system administrator according to current vendor delivery procedures.
