PURCHASE LEIBERT FIN/TUBE CONDENSER, REMOVE OLD

8/11/2021 Replace Condenser Model #DCSF/DCDF415 with Condenser Model #DCDF415Y.

Provide and install new Leibert Fin/Tube Condenser Model #DCSF/DCDF415 in place of the current broken one (Must be this brand and model to match the existing system). To include:

• Recover any refrigerant that is still within the condenser or lines
• Disconnect all electrical and refrigerant lines
• Remove old condenser form current location
• Place new condenser in location of old condenser
• Reconnect all refrigerant lines
• Change all filter driers
• Evacuate the system down to the manufacture specifications
• Reconnect all electric and system controls
• Recharge the system to the manufacture specifications
• Test all systems for full functionality accordance to the manufacture specifications

*Note* a crane may be necessary to lift the broken condenser out and place the new condenser into place.

All questions need to be submitted by 24 August 2021 @ 1:00 PM CST

Delivery and set up is to be completed 30 days ADC.
