TRAKA ASSA ABLOY Key Management System to replace the current system

The TRAKA ASSA ABLOY Key Management System will provide continuous control of over keys and can be expanded for up to 1000 keys per unit. . The Contractor shall provide all hardware, software, licensing, installation, configuration, maintenance, training and shipping to destination as necessary to meet the requirements described in Task 1 4.

  1. Description of Tasks and Deliverables

The Contractor shall purchase, install, configure and train users on the Traka Assa Abloy Key Management System in Task 1 with the following characteristics.

4.0 CONTRACT TYPE.

This contract shall be Firm Fixed Price. There is NO cost reimbursement for travel or after hours support.

6.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The Contractor shall deliver all hardware, software, license, supplies, and maintenance support agreements and documentation within 30 days of contract award. The Contractor shall perform installation and configuration of all hardware and software within 60 days of contractor award, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the Contractor and Government

Background
The contract is issued by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) under the Department of Homeland Security. The goal of this contract is to procure and implement a TRAKA ASSA ABLOY Key Management System to replace the current key management system, enhancing security and efficiency in key control for authorized users.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all hardware, software, licensing, installation, configuration, maintenance, training, and shipping necessary to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Specific tasks include:

3. **Task 3: Professional Services** - Installation and configuration of hardware and software. Deliverables include all necessary documentation and support agreements within specified timelines.

Period of Performance
The Contractor shall deliver all hardware, software, licenses, supplies, and maintenance support agreements within 30 days of contract award. Installation and configuration must be completed within 60 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

The work will be performed at designated locations as specified by the FLETC.
