**The purpose of this amendment is to re solicit full and open and extend the close date to 11/1/2024 5:00 PM Eastern**

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for Pump Motor Replacement in Peoria, IL.

PROJECT SCOPE: Cooling tower pump/motor replacements located in Peoria, IL in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.

Period of Performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

SOLICITATION PERIOD: Quotes will be due on November 1, 2024 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. All responses shall be submitted electronically to joel.maas@usda.gov.

SOLICITATION PROCEDURES: The acquisition will be issued as Full and Open Competition, Request for Proposal using the Contract Opportunities on the sam.gov website. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238290; Small Business Size Standard is $22.0 Million. Product Service Code (PSC) is N043. The anticipated period of performance will be 60 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. A Bid Guarantee, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond will be required. It is anticipated that award will result in a single award firm-fixed price contract.

This is an electronically issued acquisition. The solicitation is available at the Contract Opportunities on the sam.gov website. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for Pump Motor Replacement in Peoria, IL. Work Details
