Puget Sound eMSM PAS, Referral Management, and CLR

On behalf of the Puget Sound Enhanced Multi-Service Market (PS eMSM), the US Army Health Contracting Activity, Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas is posting a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation, W81K04-18-R-0002 to solicit for patient appointing services, referral management services, and clear and legible reporting services to TRICARE beneficiaries within the PS eMSM and selective Veterans Administration eligible beneficiaries in the PS eMSM. The military treatment facilities in the PS eMSM include Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), WA, and its subordinate clinics, 62nd Medical Squadron, JBLM, WA, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton, WA, and subordinate clinics, and Navy Health Clinic Oak Harbor, Oak Harbor, WA.

The services will be non-personal. There will be one firm-fixed-price contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
The contract will include a 3-month base period (Phase-in), four one-year option periods, and a 9-month option period from date of award.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561110, Office Administrative Services and the small business size standard is $7.5 million.

This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures based on best value techniques.

Solicitation, W81K04-18-R-0002 is electronically posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (fbo.gov) as of 04 April 19. Proposals are due on 06 May 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
