The HHS DPA Title III Program invite industry partners to submit to the USG information that will aid in improving the understanding of current domestic production capabilities and capacities of domestic PHIB that specifically support the production and supply of anti-microbials. The USG goal is to identify and improve on those gaps in the marketplace that can potentially be addressed using HHS' delegated Title III authorities. Industry responses to the RFI are intended to assist the HHS DPA Title III Program with planning and market research. See the attached RFI and submit responses to Chris Newell at IBMSC-Submissions@hhs.gov and Christopher.Newell@hhs.gov. This RFI is being extended. Please respond by January 22, 2025 at 10am ET. The alternative e-mail Christopher.Newell@hhs.gov was also added. See the updated RFI attached.

This initiative is part of a broader mission to protect the civilian population from health threats, including chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear agents. The program seeks to identify gaps in the marketplace that can be addressed through HHS's delegated Title III authorities, following the Presidential Determination No. 2024-03 signed on December 27, 2023.
