Background
The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division intends to issue a sole source extension of up to two months to the current contract, 70RFP218DEC000009, with Paragon Systems, Inc. This extension aims to provide continued protective security officer services at various locations in Washington D.C. while allowing time for the award and transition of follow-on efforts for these services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), indicating that only one responsible source can satisfy agency requirements.

Work Details
