Background
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) was established to reorganize and transition functions related to pretrial services, parole, adult probation, and offender supervision in the District of Columbia. CSOSA's mission is to enhance public safety, reduce recidivism, and support justice through community collaboration.

The Re-entry and Sanctions Center (RSC), located at 1900 Massachusetts Avenue, SE, Washington DC, provides high-risk offenders with cognitive behavioral interventions and reintegration programming.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide facilitated group psychotherapy and individual psychotherapy sessions for residents at the RSC. Services include:
1. On-site or virtual therapy sessions available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday.
2. Group therapy sessions lasting a minimum of 50 minutes with up to 12 participants per session.
3. Individual therapy sessions lasting 50 minutes plus an additional 10 minutes for documentation.
4. Use of a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform if necessary.
5. Documentation of each session in the RSC SMART Module case management system within one business day post-session.
6. Compliance with standards set by the American Correctional Association and other relevant bodies.

Period of Performance
The contract has a base period of 12 months from the effective date of award, with four additional option periods of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Re-entry and Sanctions Center located at 1900 Massachusetts Avenue, SE, Washington DC.
