This notice is a pre-solicitation only effective 17 June 2021 thru 30 June 2021 for 18 FTE's broken down as follows: 1 FTE Lead Director Psychological Health, 9 Director Psychological Health and 8 Case Managers for Behavioral Health Services. This is not a request for quote, and the requirement will be set aside for 100% for Small Business. This is not a question and answer session. This notice is informational only. The Government is seeking contractor(s) having the capability to meet all specialized capabilities in the PWS; and able to provide retain providers at time of the solicitation.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621112 (Office of Physicians Mental Health), and the small business size standard is $11 million.

It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered and approved though The System for Award Management (SAM). This is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidates the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, EPLS. There is no fee to register for this site. The entire solicitation will be issued electronically approximately on or about 30 days after notification and can be located at the BETA SAM at https://beta.sam.gov/ (paper copies will not be available). The Contractors are responsible for downloading all documents from the Beta. SAM website. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the website frequently/daily for the solicitation and any posted changes to the solicitation. When issued, the solicitation will specify the actual date and time for proposal receipt. No telephone request will be honored.
