Background
The Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) is seeking psychological health and research support to enhance its mission of promoting the health and readiness of military personnel. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive psychological health services and research capabilities that align with the NHRC's objectives.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Provide psychological health support services, including assessment, intervention, and treatment for military personnel.
2. Conduct research studies related to psychological health, focusing on issues pertinent to military populations.
3. Collaborate with NHRC staff to analyze data and disseminate findings relevant to psychological health initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the delivery of services and research activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years, including a base period followed by options for extension.

Place of Performance
The contract will primarily be performed at the Naval Health Research Center located in San Diego, California.
