Background
The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Directorate of Psychological Applications (DPA) is issuing this contract to provide psychological assessment support services to Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF). The goal of the contract is to ensure comprehensive psychological services that support personnel assessment, selection, training, and development processes critical to the operational readiness of ARSOF.

The DPA is responsible for a broad range of psychological services that include candidate assessment and selection, training support, and operational psychology research.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required to perform psychological services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Providing direct labor and materials necessary for psychological services in support of ARSOF.
2. Conducting candidate assessments including development and administration of psychological assessment instruments.
3. Providing training support including curriculum development and performance enhancement training.
4. Conducting operational psychology research and producing related documentation such as white papers and training materials.
5. Supporting Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) programs with psychological services during training events.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a 14-day phase-in period followed by a base period lasting approximately 11.5 months and four subsequent ordering periods of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations including Fort Bragg, NC; Fort Campbell, KY; Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; Fort Benning, GA; Hunter Army Airfield, GA; Camp Merrill, GA; Richmond, VA; Fort Walker, VA; Virginia Beach, VA; Elgin Air Force Base, FL; Fort Carson, CO and other CONUS locations.
