Background
The solicitation is issued by the 134th Air Refueling Wing of the Tennessee Air National Guard, located at McGhee Tyson Air Base in Louisville, TN.

The mission of the agency is to provide air refueling capabilities and support for military operations. The goal of this contract is to repair the roofs of dormitory buildings, specifically Building 410, to ensure structural integrity and safety for personnel.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing standing seam metal roofing as per the plans and specifications titled 'Repair Bldg 410 Roof' dated June 7, 2024.

The work includes all management, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and labor necessary for the repair of both interiors and exteriors of existing structures basewide at McGhee Tyson Air Base.

The project requires adherence to detailed plans and specifications included in the Statement of Work (SOW), which spans 142 pages.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 365 days after notice to proceed.
