Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction in Pryor   2

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing this solicitation for the Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction project located in Pryor, Montana. The goal of this contract is to provide construction services to renovate approximately 8,655 square feet of existing space within the clinic. This renovation aims to enhance healthcare delivery by creating new clinical and administrative spaces that will improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete renovation of the Pryor Clinic, which includes:
- Upper floor renovations to create new spaces such as an Isolation Room, Pharmacy and consultation area, Radiology, Laboratory, Medical Records and Registration, Staff and patient toilets, Benefits coordinator office, Nursing supervisor Office, Equipment storage, and Exam treatment room.

- Lower floor renovations to include an Optometry clinic, Physical therapy spaces, Occupational therapy spaces, Speech therapy spaces, Diabetes consultation space, Staff support space (including storage and conference room), Facilities management support space, Information technology (IT) space, Janitorial space, Staff toilet and locker rooms, Patient toilets, Clean/soiled spaces with washer/dryer facilities.

- Installation of a new elevator providing handicapped access to the newly renovated lower floor. The clinical spaces will be equipped with necessary medical equipment and casework while office spaces will also include casework. Each exam room will have basic amenities required for medical examinations.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Set-aside status: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).
- Contractors must furnish required performance and payment bonds within 10 days after award.
- Contractors must possess appropriate contractor licensing relevant to commercial and institutional building construction.
