Providence Bend Rock Purchase

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), is seeking to procure various types of rock for improvements to the Missouri River Project. This solicitation is part of their mission to enhance infrastructure and environmental management along the Missouri River.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of four different types of rock:
1. 6 Inch Minus Rock - 400 Tons
2. Type 1 Rock - 10,100 Tons
3. 3 Inch Clean Rock - 250 Tons
4. 1 Inch Road Rock - 250 Tons
All rock must be delivered using a standard end dumping truck; trailers, belly dumps, or side dumps are not permitted. The delivery rate should be between 1,000 and 3,000 tons per day during specified hours (7 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday-Friday). The contractor is responsible for any rejected loads, which must be removed prior to project completion.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is set at 270 calendar days from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will take place at the Missouri River Area Office located in Napoleon, MO.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must provide evidence of authorized distributor or OEM status for the materials being supplied. Additionally, bidders must submit service records or quality testing results for Type 1 Stone as part of their proposal.
