Work Details
The tasks to be completed under the contract include:
- Providing preventive maintenance and POA&M Plan of Action and Milestones.
- Responsibility for POC Point of Contact and PPP Principal Period of Performance.
- PRI Primary Rate Interface management and PSTN Private Switched Telephone Network maintenance.
- Managing PWS Performance Work Statement and ensuring QC Quality Control.
- Handling RFQ Request for Quote processes and SOP Standard Operating Procedures.
- Providing TA Technical Assistant support and TCO Telephone Control Officer responsibilities.
- Managing TDR Time Domain Reflectometer and TLS Transport Layer Security.
- Managing TMS Telecommunications Management System and handling TWR Telephone Work Requests.
- Responsibility for managing TTS Trouble Tracking System and SERVORD Service Orders.
- Providing SME Subject Matter Expert support and managing SMEO Small End Office operations.
- Handling SNMP Simple Network Management Protocol processes and SONET Synchronous Optical Network management.
- Managing STE Secure Telephone systems and TRAVER Translation Verification processes.
- Handling UCALL Unique Call accounting processes and WAN Wide Area Network management.
- Managing WO Work Order(s) as part of the contract.
