Background
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, MD, is seeking to enhance its training capabilities by providing role player services.

The FLETC is responsible for delivering instructional law enforcement programs and support services to approximately 90 participating agencies and bureaus. The goal of this contract is to ensure that realistic training scenarios are available for law enforcement personnel, thereby preparing them for real-life challenges they may encounter in their duties.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide qualified trained role players who will participate in on-site practical training exercises as needed. Responsibilities include:
- Providing qualified personnel, including a site supervisor or Lead Role Player, to perform practical exercises as identified by FLETC personnel.
- Role players must represent real-life scenarios to prepare entry-level recruits effectively.
- Ensuring adequate numbers of role players for various advanced and in-service training programs as necessary.
- Adhering to a flexible class schedule that accommodates the manpower needs of FLETC while avoiding overtime unless authorized in writing.
- Ensuring timely arrival and appropriate attire for all training exercises based on scenario requirements or instructor instructions.
- Covering any travel costs or parking fees incurred by role players, with the requirement that vehicles brought onto FLETC property must be registered with Security.
