Background
This is a Request for Proposals for a construction contract for the Panama City Internal Revenue Services Office Renovations located in the Government Square Building, 651 West 14th Street, Suite F, Panama City, FL 32401. The project is issued by the Public Buildings Service of the United States General Services Administration (GSA), Southeast Sunbelt Region, Atlanta, GA. The intent of these renovations is to remove existing raised flooring and install new flooring, convert office space into storage rooms/file area, convert an existing breakroom into an office, convert an existing restroom into a new breakroom, install power and data to new cubicles in the open office area, create a new interview room, waiting area, and conference room at the suite entrance, and paint the entire suite.

Work Details
The work includes selective demolition of existing materials to accommodate the consolidated layout and new rated and non-rated partitions, doors, hardware, ceiling grids, light fixtures, new workstations/furniture, and coordination of existing building systems with installation of new electrical, communication, audio-visual, and mechanical systems.
