SECOND AMENDED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: the purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows:

  1. Fully incorporate a revised Statement of Work (SOW) reflecting a change to paragraph 3.1.5. See attached.
  2. Fully incorporate the two (2) Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), A003 and A004, into this solicitation. See attached. Please fill out these two (2) CDRLs when submitting a proposal.
  3. Answer a vendor question regarding Section L, page 83, paragraph 4.0 of the RFP. See attached.

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) requires U.S. Navy ship-related and SWRMC shop-related maintenance and repair material and ordering support for all of SWRMC Product Family shops as well as for the SWRMC Facilities Division and Dive Locker. This requirement is for a Prime Vendor (PV) contract primarily supporting the Product Family shops.

Vendor shall provide U.S. Navy ship-related and SWRMC shop-related maintenance and repair material and ordering support for all of SWRMC Product Family shops as well as for the SWRMC Facilities Division and Dive Locker. The SWRMC Production Department Product Family shops provide I-level maintenance and repairs for U.S. Navy ships and submarines. The SWRMC Product Families currently consist of: Corrosion Control, Engine, Machine, Combat Systems, and Production Control.
