Background
NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND EUROPE AFRICA CENTRAL (NAVFACSYSCOM EURAFCENT) is the United States Government agent delegated to procure electricity for supply and transmission of electricity and ancillary services to United States of America Department of Defense (DoD) accounts located at Deveselu, Romania. The location in the electrical grid is identified by the Point of Delivery (POD) # 51648943.00 and current Account Number RO39RNCB0607111320680001. The site has been operational since 2015.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide high voltage electricity at US Naval Support Facility, Romanian Military Base, Deveselu, Romania. The estimated amount of energy to be provided is 43,946 MWh over the thirty-six months term of the agreement. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation necessary to perform these services.
The period of performance consists of a thirty-six (36) month period (consisting of one twelve (12)-month base period and 2 potential 12-month option periods) from January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2025.
