Prototype, Experiment, Production, Sustainment - PrEPS Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW).

Background
The Capability Program Executive, Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW) is seeking to identify an industry base for potential classified solicitations that can support the Product Manager Tactical Space Superiority (PdM TSS) portfolio. This includes two Army Acquisition Category II (ACAT II) Programs: the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems and Counter Surveillance Reconnaissance (CSR).

The government plans to potentially solicit for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract with a ten-year ordering period, consisting of a five-year base period and a five-year optional period.

Work Details
The scope of the MA IDIQ encompasses three domains:
1. **Research and Development**: Tasks include design, development, fabrication, prototyping, and testing of developmental systems across TSS product lines. Specific activities involve engineering development, modeling & simulation, prototyping, hardware and software development, program management, engineering services, test and evaluation, experimentation, cybersecurity activities, and logistics solutions.

2. **Production and Deployment**: This domain covers system development and integration of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) items. It includes Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), Full Rate Production (FRP), manufacturing processes, deployment/fielding of equipment or systems, hardware/software support, configuration management, test and evaluation services, spare parts provisioning, training materials preparation, and logistics support activities.

3. **Integrated Product Support**: Responsibilities include operations sustainment and maintenance activities such as acquiring spare parts, technical support services, repair services, overhaul processes, training for extended field support operations, reporting and record keeping for engineering changes and logistics material updates.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the MA IDIQ is ten years total; this includes a five-year base ordering period followed by one optional five-year ordering period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations as determined by the requirements of the tasks outlined in each domain.
