Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The effort is being procured as full and open competition. A single firm-fixed priced contract award will be made as a result of the solicitation.

Work Details
This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a retreat for the USAFA Cadet Protestant Community. The Cadet Chapel Protestant Community needs to establish a contract for a venue that can host 200 Cadets and 4 staff for a period of two nights, provide meals, a meeting room able to fit these members, and a large area in which to hold religious services (can be the same at the large meeting room).

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be 18-20 August 2023. Alternate dates will not be considered.
