Description

A pre-proposal teleconference is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 3, 2022. Contractors are required to email a request to Lorraine.Zinar@fps.dhs.gov, and Josh.B.Clemens@fps.dhs.gov, no later than 11:00 A.M. the day of the teleconference. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide a comprehensive overview of the RFP so that offerors can ascertain the general conditions that could materially affect the proposal price. Attendance is not mandatory; however, it is strongly recommended.

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking Protective Security Officer (PSO) services in Northern Virginia. The amendment of solicitation provides an overview of the RFP and specifies that attendance at the pre-proposal conference is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
The purpose of the conference is to provide a comprehensive overview of the RFP so that offerors can ascertain the general conditions that could materially affect the proposal price.

Work Details
The work details include updating seniority lists, incorporating a revised prevailing area Department of Labor wage determination for building VA0818, and answering questions from industry.
It also specifies that Attachment 10 (Seniority List for VA03045, VAQ040, VA1413, VA0430 & VA0919) is deleted and replaced with the attached list.
Furthermore, it incorporates the attached questions and associated answers.
