Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract at Sheppard AFB, Texas, Lake Texoma Annex, Texas, Altus AFB, Oklahoma, and Frederick Airfield Oklahoma.
NOTICE TO OFFERORS:
A. Base Year Plus, Four One-Year Option Periods.
B. The Government anticipates awarding up to 6 contracts as a result of this solicitation.
C. Specification and drawings will be provided with individual Task Orders (TO).
D. THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS BEING ISSUED PURSUANT TO SECTION 8(a) OF THE SMALL BUSNIESS ACT [15 U.S.C. 637 (A)]. Applicable NAICS code for the MACC is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0 million dollars; however, it is anticipated that work in other construction disciplines will also be awarded under subsequent contracts. Limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the Small Business Administration district offices in Texas and Oklahoma, and other 8(a) construction firms with bona fide place of business wihtin the geographical area and the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers.
NOTE: The Magnitude of Construction for the Sample Project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
Any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Federal Business Opportunities (http://fbo.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of a contract. Information to register can be found on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ telephone 1-866-606-8220. Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this request for proposal (RFP) until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP, either before or after the closing date.
