Background
In support of the 99th Readiness Division, the U. S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for Propane Supply Services located at Bedford United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) in Bedford, VA. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information on the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the NAICS Code: 221210 – Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution through mains.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to provide Propane Supply Services at the specified location. The expected period of performance is one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, supervision, and technical guidance as per the Statement of Work (SOW).
