Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army for the procurement and delivery of propane gas to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The contract aims to ensure a reliable supply of propane gas for operational needs at the facility over a five-year period, aligning with the Army's mission to maintain readiness and support military operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide an estimated 145,000 gallons of propane gas per year. The contract includes the following line items:
- **0001**: Wholesale Liquid Propane Gas - 145,000 Gallons per year. Price per gallon will be determined based on the Wholesale Propane Price for Wisconsin from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
- **0002**: Contractor Margin Price - 145,000 Each. This price includes all indirect costs such as overhead, profit, direct labor, transportation costs, tank maintenance, etc., and is fixed for the contract period.
- **0003**: Phase In for LP Gas Propane - 1 Job (for the period of 4/1/26 - 5/1/26). This phase involves preparation for service delivery at Fort McCoy.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031.
