Propane Fuel Delivery SVC - NMNN Schools   2

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for propane fuel delivery services to ensure uninterrupted heating during the academic year for multiple school facilities. The goal is to provide reliable and compliant propane delivery to designated schools within New Mexico, specifically targeting Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering propane fuel to five Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools in New Mexico. The estimated quantities and delivery locations are as follows:

- Aneth Community School: 24,300 gallons (two 18,000 gallon tanks)
- Beclabito Day School: 13,500 gallons (one 10,000 gallon tank)
- Red Rock Day School: 15,700 gallons (one 9,200 gallon tank)
- Sanostee Day School: 5,000 gallons (one 9,000 gallon tank)
- T’iis Nazbas Community School: 53,500 gallons (two 30 gallon tanks)

Deliveries are scheduled during periods when school campuses are open, Monday through Friday. The contractor must adhere to NFPA standards and state regulations for propane handling and delivery. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

- Red Rock Day School: Navajo Road 13, Red Valley, AZ
- Sanostee Day School: Highway 491 South, Navajo Route 34, Sanostee, NM
- T’iis Nazbas Community School: Highway 160 North, BIA Route 5114, Teec Nos Pos, AZ
