Description

Propane Purchase & Delivery for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, SD.
This is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.
Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Propane Purchase & Delivery for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The procurement is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Work Details
Propane Purchase & Delivery for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The contractor shall provide supplies and/or services according to the attached Statement of Work. The quoted pricing must be all inclusive (to include but not be limited to travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes) plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this purchase order. Please complete the following pricing schedule utilizing your most competitive and reasonable rate: 1. Propane with Delivery (see attached Statement of Work) a. $ per gallon x 167,136 gallons (estimated) = $ total

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months, beginning October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.

The delivery location is BIA A06 Pine Ridge Agency, Hwy. 18, Main Street, Bldg. 159, Pine Ridge SD 57770-1203.
